Christian was so helpful and courteous in helping us reset our password for the IPad, it took a while because we couldn't remember which one it was, each time you have to wait for it to reset. Considering this was not a sale, he still was very professional, as seniors we are grateful for his patience. Next day, I called Salvador the manager to let him know how much we appreciated Christian's help in solving our problem, he thanked me for letting him know and said he would take him out to lunch! We were happy to hear that! Thank you Christian and Salvador.
